Two. That's the number of nights I missed sleep reading this book. Worth. It. It was just what I needed! Far exceeded my expectations! I often think of how African American books are lacking in genres like young adult, paranormal, or Christian. This book was all 3! Also add a creative plot and interesting set up for the 2 main characters that was completely complimented by the superb writing and we've got a home run here honey. Alsoooo inspirational with an underlying message of Faith in believers and trusting God even when we can't see Him working. Loved it. Wish I could know more about their future. Now I shall sleep for 2 hours before church.Product details

This is a great series. I have enjoyed reading these. It's wonderful to read a book without all the foul language that you get in so many others.
The whole storyline kept me swiping( I read on my kindle) I only wish ,in places it seemed a bit “drawn out”,but a great read as have been all her books I have read. Now reading the next one! 😊
I love the way Dayo writes and shows how God is more powerful then we can imagine . Also the way she has her characters experience things from the worst to the best, showing God has a plan for us all.
Love ,love this book!!!! You should start with the Crystal Series! I could not put the books down...... Dayo writes the most inspiring books to show you GOD and JESUS is above all.
I waited till at least three of the Lincoln were out . I finish the books in less then 2 weeks ! Now I cannot wait till the 4th is out spring of 2017!!!! ( So Dayo please speed up these books looking forward to reading ever single one of them !!!!

I love Dayo Benson and all her books! This one is about one of the Lincoln sons who breaks away in the last book and this book is about his "other life". God does give 2nd chances (and 3rd, 4th, etc.) not just for certain "types" of people but for everyone.
Read Dayo Benson "Crystal" series...this book is one of the sequels. She has one for each brother
Everything Dayo writes is exciting, writing is flowing and flawless....Most of all, it shows us how God's Power can work in and through us!

This was a beautiful love story that I didn't want to end. It was filled with hurt, pain, disappointment, uncertainty, regret, and ended with a happy ending where two people who were and felt alone in the world submitted to God's love and found a love that bound them together forever. Awesome job Dayo!! This is the best book in the Lincoln series by far. I see Junior, Hazel, and Cleo becoming a series after this series, think about it.
